Vincent N. Buttaci Named to Ohio State University Moritz College of Law’s National Council

Buttaci Leardi & Werner LLC is pleased to announce that founding member Vincent N. Buttaci, a 2000 graduate of the Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law, has been named to the law school’s National Council as an ambassador for the college. An event on April 19 at the Spring National Council Meeting in Columbus, Ohio formally welcomed the new members.

Since graduating from Ohio State, Buttaci has consistently demonstrated his dedication and commitment to the university. “It is an honor, and a true pleasure, to join the Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law’s National Council, and I thank Dean Davies for adding me to this dedicated group of alumni,” said Buttaci. “As a Buckeye, I am committed to the continued excellence in training and teaching at Moritz, and to shaping the development and accomplishments of future graduates.”

The National Council exists to advocate for the school and advance its students while valuing diversity, practicing inclusion, and always putting students first. Members are added by invitation of Lincoln L. Davies, Dean & Frank R. Strong Chair in Law, and attend two meetings annually that are experiential and impactful by nature. National Council members connect with prospective students, aid in placing recent graduates, share their expertise as a speaker and/or mentor, and promote the college by hosting events and making introductions to others who demonstrate an interest in supporting the college.

Buttaci founded the law firm in October 2004 as a health law boutique catering specifically to licensed healthcare providers and healthcare businesses, and the firm now serves a diverse range of healthcare providers, provider-related entities, and healthcare patients through a hands-on approach, in practice areas including Provider Reimbursement Disputes, False Claims and Regulatory Defense, Facility Licensing, Healthcare Business Transactions, and Outside General Counsel Services.
