Mr. Lobozzo was a student advocate at Seton Hall’s Employment Law Clinic where he represented plaintiffs in workplace discrimination matters. Prior to his career in the legal field, Mr. Lobozzo gained extensive experience in the business world. Mr. Lobozzo held executive level positions at three of the nation’s largest retailers. Eventually, Mr. Lobozzo leveraged his expertise in business staffing, finance, and operations to offer private consulting to small businesses. Mr. Lobozzo draws from his prior experience in business to offer his clients unique insights and perspective in resolving their matters.

To that end, he regularly litigates claims brought under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), the False Claims Act (“FCA”), the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), and the New Jersey Insurance Fraud Prevention Act (“IFPA”). He also regularly handles matters surrounding contract disputes, business torts, administrative and regulatory compliance, and employment matters.

Mr. Lobozzo lives in West Orange, NJ with his wife, Jessica, and daughter, Elowyn. He practices Mixed-Martial-Arts with a special affinity for Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. When he is not exercising or spending time with his family, you can almost certainly find him at his beloved cigar club in Fairfield, NJ.
