Ilana P. Char

Attorney of the Firm

Ilana Char works with healthcare providers and facilities in a range of licensing and ownership matters as well as sophisticated healthcare transactions including corporate formation, restructuring, and dissolution; mergers, acquisitions, and spin-offs; and integration of multi-disciplinary services.

Ilana completed the firm’s summer associate program in 2022 and joined the firm in 2023. While in law school, she served as a judicial intern with the Honorable Sharifa R. Salaam in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Criminal, Civil, and Special Civil Parts.

Outside of work, Ilana enjoys playing chess and watching documentary films. She is an avid golfer and previously served as chairman of player services for The Northern Trust PGA Tournament, as well as a tournament operations intern for the New Jersey Section of the PGA of America.
