Nicolette A. Guarneri

Attorney of the Firm

Ms. Guarneri is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, where she graduated with a concentration in Health law. She was a member of Seton Hall’s Health Law Forum and received the Excellence in Health Law Award. She also received a certificate in Healthcare Compliance from the U.S. Healthcare Compliance Certificate Program.

While in law school, Ms. Guarneri served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Rudolph A. Filko, P.J.S.C., presiding judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Division. She served as a student advocate for the Health Justice Clinic and interned for the Office of the Attorney General in the Professional Boards Unit. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey.

Ms. Guarneri joined the Firm as an Associate Attorney after first spending the summer with the Firm as a Summer Associate. Ms. Guarneri supports the Firm’s Civil Litigation, Facility Licensing, and Risk Management practices. She represents providers and licensed facilities in both transactional and litigation matters.

Outside of work, Ms. Guarneri has a hate/love relationship with Orange Theory Fitness, enjoys visiting new cities, and playing with her King Charles Spaniel, Duke.
